Shipping Rates and Methods
Shipping Areas:
- We offer shipping services to addresses within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. The shipping fee will be displayed at the checkout before you finalize your purchase.
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.
- Cost: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination
Free Shipping:
- Eligibility: Orders over R1000.
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days.
Shipping Process
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking and Notifications:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
- You can track your order on the Courier Guy website or via our order tracking page.
Delivery:
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.
- A signature may be required upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, Courier Guy will leave a notice with further instructions.
Delivery Issues
Delayed Deliveries:
- While we strive to meet our delivery times, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
- If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will work with Courier Guy to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.
Incorrect Address:
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
Delivery Attempts:
- The Courier Guy will make multiple attempts to deliver your package to the provided shipping address. If the delivery is unsuccessful after several attempts, the package will be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
